On top of the Palace there is also the Terrace with the roof garden. And there we are really at the top.
RED is Palazzo BN’s gourmet restaurant, which holds two Gambero Rosso forks. It seats thirty and offers two gastronomic approaches to choose from so that you can travel the lands and seas of Puglia from your table.
BUONIFICO is Palazzo BN’s healthy trattoria. A gastronomic array with traditional Salento and regional Italian dishes awaits you, with locally-sourced products from a controlled supply chain. It’s the perfect choice for people who opt for a diet with a healthy balance, which doesn’t short change you when it comes to taste.
Banco is the lounge bar at Palazzo BN. You can stop off here whenever you want, from morning to evening: have breakfast, a lunch break, stop for coffee, or drop in for an aperitif. And if you like, you can also stay on after dinner to make an evening of it.
TERRAZZA is Palazzo BN’s roof garden, a lounge bar that is also open to non-residents. With a panoramic view over the city, the Terrazza is a fantastic location to organise parties or to take friends for an aperitif.
