The RED restaurant is on the ground floor, on the side of Palazzo BN. It seats thirty and offers two menus – classic and tasting. You decide where to spend your appetite each time you call on us.
In RED you can see what is happening in the kitchen, and witnessing our chef Simone engaged in preparations alongside his team will certainly whet your appetite. All of the dishes on the menu follow seasonal patterns: we only serve the freshest locally-produced products. And when it is a matter of deciding which eating strategy to opt for, Giovanni Tortora and his team will be your consultants who will act as honest brokers.
